Learn with Wave Hill
Wave Hill provides innovative, rigorous and engaging education programs for people of all ages and backgrounds. Serving families, school groups, teachers and youth, our programs adopt a hands-on, interdisciplinary approach that sparks excitement and nurtures a connection between people and the natural world. Using our eight-acre woodland and magnificent gardens as living laboratories, we create meaningful educational experiences for lifelong learners that bring the sciences and arts alive.
Engage with Wave Hill staff and visiting experts at garden and nature walks, talks, workshops and wellness programs year-round.
Children and Families
Engage with nature and art in programs for children and families that inspire curiosity, persistence, creativity and resilience—setting the stage for lifelong learning.
Schools and Teachers
Join our unique nature-based programs for school-aged groups and educators that combine nature exploration, hands-on activities and art making.
Learn and grow through paid internships that prepare youth for future studies and careers in the arts, environmental sciences and community building.
